Ask your MP to reduce fuel poverty

2.7 million (1 in 3) pensioner households in the UK live in fuel poverty. Mandatory social tariffs‚ whereby older people on low incomes are automatically placed on the lowest tariff available from their supplier‚ could help to drastically reduce these appalling figures.

We are campaigning to ensure that the Energy Bill currently in Parliament is passed‚ and that it contains a commitment to introduce mandatory social tariffs for all those on a low income.

We need as many people as possible to email their MP. It is important to provide your name and address to indicate that you are a constituent of the MP‚ otherwise your email will be discounted.
