Q. Who is eligible for Age Concern Motor Insurance? Can young drivers be included on the policy?
A. Although the product is designed for the over 50s, there is no age restriction for other named drivers; subject to acceptance by the insurer.
Q. Can I protect my No Claim Bonus?
A. Yes. Providing you have at least 4 years no claim bonus you can protect this on payment of a small additional premium.
Q. What do I do if I have an accident?
A. Simply call the Accident Helpline which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Friendly staff will do all they can to help you avoid any further stress or worry.
Q. Will I get a courtesy car during repairs?
A. Yes, providing you have comprehensive cover, the insurer, Fortis Insurance Limited, will provide a courtesy car during repairs carried out at its approved repairers, subject to availability.
Q. Are the repairs guaranteed?
A. All repairs are guaranteed for up to three years provided that they are carried out by one of the insurer’s approved repairers.
